Will consuming too many antioxidants cause trouble with breathing, such as having a shortness of breath?
I take Vitamin C, D, and E everyday, and I consume coffee. Since these are full of antioxidants, I am wondering if taking too much will cause one to get out breath really frequently? I have been getting out of breath very often.
Well, if you don’t exercise, but used to, then you must be out of shape. I do the same, and am fine.
