I was a pretty big guy back in my teen years up until my really early 20s. I sat around playing video games, watching movies and staying in doors. One day I decided that I had had enough of being fat and wanted to do something about it.

Soon after I started researching all kinds of diets, and even tried fad diets out there. I didn’t do too well on them since I find that once you cut out a sweet type of food that you like COMPLETELY, it sets you up for pigging out too much. I was on the net one day when someone mentioned that he lost a LOT of weight by trying XFatLoss.

So here I am, a few years later, 190 lbs lighter because of that diet. I ate healthy carbs, good lean protein, lots of fruits and vegetables, and not to mention lots of cardio and weightlifting as you can see by my pics.
